1888 Mills

DD Exhibitions in partnership with Liz Leighton Design Concepts design and built 1888 Mills’ exhibition stand at Heimtextil in Frankfurt.  Heimtextil is a cornerstone exhibition for the global textile industry, with exhibitors from all over the world coming to show their wares.  As a result competition is fierce and as 1888’s exhibition stand was one of the largest at the entire show it was even more crucial that their stand was eye catching in order to attract customers.  1888 Mills is an American company, they are leading global manufacturers of home and commercial textile products.

As part of DD Exhibitions’ exhibition service we manufactured the exhibition stand at our own in-house workshop, utilising all the specialist equipment that we have.  We used vehicles from within our fleet to transport the exhibition stand from our base in Manchester over to Frankfurt, Germany.  The same craftsmen, who worked on manufacturing the exhibition stand in Manchester, built and installed the exhibition stand for 1888 at Heimtextil.  This helped to ensure that our high standards were met at each stage of the process.

Praise for the teams’ efforts was made by Lexi Schlandenhauffen, Vice President of Marketing and Design at 1888 Mills’, who said: “The show this year is a lot heavier in traffic; we’ve seen a lot more people coming through which is a positive for us.”

Molly Vilhauer, Director of Merchandising at 1888 Mills also gave us some fantastic feedback. Please click here to read her testimonial.
